This is my second knitting project. My first one was a
book pouch. So I decided to challenge myself and make something larger and try
out a bit of pattern instead of just making Stokinette Stitch only.
Coincidentally a girl friend of mine was planning to go hiking in Nepal and I
did plan to crochet her a cowl earlier. So I thought why not knit her a cowl
instead?

I am looking to make a simple cowl for my aunt. She has had cowls made before for her but did not like the cast on & off because it was not "stretchy" around her neck. Is the top and bottom of your pattern STRETCHY? She is a bit picky so I would like to please her and make it simple. She wears it all winter here in upstate New York. thank you so much. I love your work.
ReplyDeleteHi there... it is stretchy enough for me... but I'm not sure how much more stretchy your aunt prefer... Give it a try though... and I am very glad you like my work. Happy new year!!!
